You need to jack up the rear end high enough to slide under ther & have enough room to move!
Use jack stands !!! to rest car on or it could fall on you!
put wheel chocks at both front wheels [back & front of tyres ] so it wont roll away!
Now there is a plug about 1/3 up the diff housing undo it clockwise It will probably need bar for extra leverage! as they are usually very stubborn & tight
just ad the recommende oil through the plug hole use a squeeze bottle if you dont have a pump if itstarts running back out the hole youre done but be carefull ok
I personally wouldnt even bother its a lot easier & a whole lot safer to get it done!

good luck
Cheers Rob.

I'm not sure where EXACTLY it is located on the Dodge, but it does have a filler plug almost in line with the propshaft (driving shaft from the gearbox to the diff) It is either a hex-nut or a square drive nut. Open this plug, use a reputable brand of 80W90 gearbox and differential oil, and fill it till the oil just starts to overflow through the hole. The bottles should have flexible tubes inside (under the cap - just pull it out when you take the cap off) Then make sure you tighten the nut securely after filling it!

Look all around the housing for a fill plug about mid-way up from the bottom.
Unscrew the plug (ususally with a 3/8" ratchet extenesion) and pump in the correct gear oil until it just begins to drip out the fill hole. Replace the plug snugly.
