Kick panels are on the interior of the car down by where your feet go under the dash. Left is the drivers side kick panel and right is the passenger side.

Im tryana figure out why my alarm keys not working to my kia soul and when they dont work my radio dont turn on

Sounds like a ground problem. Usually they are on the steering column, behind the radio, and behind the kick panels(by your feet) on both sides or the car.

Where is the fuel reset switch and what does it look like

The Emergency Fuel Cut Off Switch is located under the Passenger Side Kick Panel. You must remove the Kick Panel down at your feet on the RIGHT SIDE, 6-8 inches FORWARD of the Door opening and approximately 6-7 Inches off the Floor. It is Rectangular in shape and has a ROUND BUTTON on the Top that is Spring Loaded. To reset, all you have to do is Push Down and it will magnetically reset.
