Question about 2006 Ford Freestyle
HOW DO WE FIX THIS? THIS IS MY 2ND FREESTLE AND I LOVE THE BUT THEY BOTH HAVE SAME ISSUES
Have you had the codes run?
For one thing, make sure your coolant is full,at least 50/50 antifreeze and water mix, and no air bubbles In the radiator or system. That means you should bleed it to make sure.
Probably it's electrical though. When you turn on the heater or AC, your fan pulls some amps, and if voltage drops enough,it could affect the other electronics.
Must be a pretty common problem. Check the FORD forums and you'll come up with more answers. don-ohio (:^)
