SOURCE: vibrating steering wheel when the speed is above 70 mph

The wheel having been rotated to the rear of the car would eliminate it as the problem. I believe you may have 'tweeked' something when you hit the curb. Have a front end alignment. This would reveal if anything was damaged when the curb was hit, and it might just be in need of an adjustment to solve the problem. If a component was damaged, the tech should know when doing the alignment. Let me know how you make out.

SOURCE: sounds like rubbing or bearing,

Check the sidewalls of the tire to see if there has been scraping on the car.

You may have damaged the CV joint or the wheel bearing. Jack up the wheel with blocks on the rear tires to keep the vehicle from shifting, put the transmission in neutral, then turn the wheel by hand. You may be able to feel or hear exactly where the rub is.

If you can see deviation from proper alignment, you should get into a front end shop ASAP before you ruin your tire or have an accident due to poor steering behavior or component breakage. If you've bent or sheared a bolt, your suspension could come apart at any time.

My daughter has a 2006 nissan sentra about 6 months ago she hit a curb with the front passenger side tire we replaced the tire rim but its making a loud humming noise any advise would be greatly...

That loud humming noise you are hearing is the wheel bearing. After hitting the curb the bearing took a hit and became a little wobbly and over time the grease has seeped out and started causing the humming. So just replace the wheel bearing and anything else that might be loose or damaged like the tie rod and ball joints. if those issues are not corrected it might happen again down the road. good luck and glad to shed some light on your issue

How likely is it that a damaged CV joint can be completely broken if a parking curb is hit?

probably would depend on how hard it was hit,but if it is damaged[clicking], replace asap. theres a chance it could bust just by making a sharp turn.

Hit the curb on that snow day pretty hard that it bent the rim and chipped some of the hub cap what should I do

Hi,
If the rim is bent severely, it could cause wear on your tire. If you are unsure of the severity, you might take the vehicle to a tire shop and have the wheel checked on a rotating balance type machine.
Worse case scenario, replace the rim (I'd get one from a wrecking yard). If the hub cap asthetics bother you, the salvage yard may also have one of those.
Hope this helps... Good luck!
