Hi when I brake my right indicator comes on and I take my foot off the brake peddle it goes off

The chance is good that it is a earthing/negative wire not making proper contact. Attach a wire on the outside of the metal casing of the indicator bulb and then connect it to the nearest possible point on the body of the vehicle. Ensure that both attachment points make proper contact by for example soldering it. The problem should disepear .

The exclamation point 2005 always on

The exclamation point that you see is an indicator light to inform you that you have a low tire, if it flashes for a minute or so when you start the car that means the sensor is bad but if it is always just on that means you need to stop at the nearest gas station and put some air in those tires.
