SOURCE: Torque spec for flywheel bolt: Isuzu 2.5 diesel engine

normally 110 nueton metres. use nut lock and once you have torqued you will feel if you have to tighten it a bit more.

Torque settings on a yaris 1.3 16v big ends,mains,flywheel,cylinderhead


Toyota Yaris Main and Big end Torque settings:
Tighten the main and big end bolts in sequential order and in two steps.
Main bearings. Stage 1.
22 ft lbs.
Stage 2.
44 ft lbs

Big end bearings.
Stage 1.
11 ft lbs.
Then Rotate bolt head a further by 90 degrees

Head bolt torque must be done in 3 steps:
1st 22 ft lbs
2nd 43 ft lbs
final 47 ft lbs
use this sequence of tightening:
9 - 3 -1 -6 -8
7 - 5 - 2 -4 - 10

Flywheel spec:
65 ft lbs

How to remove diesel injectors on VW Caddy 1.9TDi 2007 model


there is no specific procedure for this,just disconnect injection leads,
remove some accessoires,unscrew and take out,it should be a easy job,do not foreget to put on the never seize grease before putting back,on torque of 75NM

Flywheel torque setting vw transporter t30


VW Transporter 2.5 TDI-PD, (made year: 2003 ... 2007), engine code: AXD, 130 HP / 3500 rpm.
Important note: use new bolts!
Flywheel/driveplate torque setting: 60 Nm + 90 degrees.
Clutch to flywheel torque setting: 22 Nm.
