Hello and if you are referring to the port size for recharging the system for AC it will be the smaller port, the low pressure side is what is used for refilling of AC in cars and trucks.
Hope this helps

I have a 1990 buick lesabre what size belt would I need if I bypass the ac

There is no belt size listed to bypass the pump, non AC and AC equipped cars use the same belt size, in place of the AC compressor they bolt a AC Delete bypass pulley. Many aftermarket companies make these for folks like you, Dorman auto parts manufacturer is one big supplier.
