Is asking a real question hard for you?
do I have one, yes
where is it, its in the heater blower box. HVAC under dash.
can it just come out in 1 hours work, no. (a lost weekend labor)
now to test it.?
how to know if it works?or not. Just it. the core,
how to know other things that fail, that make it seem bad, but is not bad. (ask)
we cant guess questions, not asked.
why does it leak.?
why do damper matter?
why do i need a working blower?
why must engine get hot first. to make heat.

i can do questions all day,
why not just post the symptoms first.

my guess is you are not asking, it's you asking for others, an dont now all facts.
am i right, (im right in these cases 1/2 the time.
about as accurate as dead watch, correct 2 times a day)

guess, 2, you have no heat.
and some dweeb on the net, told you core.
fail.

Need cooling system diagram for 2010 jeep liberty 3.7 v6

It is electric. It is mounted in the center on top off the air plenum. You have to remove the dash to get to it. Last one I did was the heater core. 2003, had to remove the dash out of the vehicle, drop the steering column and remove the air plenum. All day job. You need a manual, lots of nuts, bolts, and screws to remove.

Where is the heater core and hoses located on a 2002 jeep liberty?

The heater core is located on the passengers side of the vehicle inside the air box. Dash removal is necessary to replace the heater core. You should see two rubber lines going into the firewall around the upper corner on the passengers side.

I smell antifreeze through the heater vents in my 2002 jeep liberty. Its just smells for an instant then goes away.I know these heater cores have crimpt on ends and may be leaking there.its a pain to...

you could also be developing a heater core leak. if you start seeing fluid on the carpet or windows fog on the inside when defrosters are on, you got trouble. better to fix the problem now then in the middle of winter.

2003 Jeep Cherokee (Liberty) air con

You most likely have a problem with a part called the air temperature control blend door, it controls the air flow across the AC core or heater core, it is most likely warped or the motor that operates it is defective or in most cases both are in need of replacing. This repair requires the entire dash be removed to access the AC parts.

Heater core on a 2003 jeep liberty limited

sound like th efan is not working, not the heater, acceleration cause the air to move through the vent, so if the fan is not working, there is nothing to move the air, even the heater is working.
