Have you tried resetting the code yourself with a scanner? Have you measured the voltage output from the alternator while idling?

I have 2006 ford taurus check charging system and battery light on what's the problem help me please

Battery Light usually means the alternator is not charging correctly and needs to be replaced. Check charging volts, it should at 14 volts or very close to that number. If the number is low below 12 then the alternator needs to be replaced.

Note: A bad alternator can damage the battery & vise versa

"Check Charging System" message.

If you know for a fact the battery and alternator are good, the problem would be in the wiring between the two. You should have battery voltage at the alternator with the engine off.
Check for voltage at the alternator and the starter cables. There are fuseable links that look like regular wires but have fuse wire inside.

"I have a 1999 ford taurus DOHC. My batteries keep

More like a rsidual draw with the key off. Try disconnecting he battery at night and see if that helps. Your car may run rough for 10 miles due to the computer memory being cleard with the ground cable disconnected.

What does the battery light on mean the light was on in my car and it slowly lost power

This is usually an indication that the alternator is no longer charging the battery due to the a belt missing or the alternator itself. Should have the charging system checked. If available. Autozone or Advanced Auto will generaly check these for you at know charge.A bad battery can cause the alternator to fail.
