Turn over dontstar 1992 acura legend

Acura/Honda has what is called a PGMFI relay which is a main relay that really has a couple of relay's in one unit But I would start by checkingsome fuses first. Below is a picture of the fuse layout in the fuse panel inside the vehicle. Check fuses number 5, 14, 22 & 25. If all is good there you may be looking a a faulty relay. This main/PGMFI relay is lovated under the dash of the vehicle on the left/drivers side. Below is a picture of it for you. Also below are some testing procedures to test it. If you need larger pictures you can email me at csautomotivecars@att.net and I will be happy to email you some larger pictures. Fuses and testing the really would be a place I would start and of course there could be other problems but this is the places to start. Hope this helps....

92acura legend fuel pump reset switch

There isn't a reset switch for your vehicle like a Ford would have. If you are not geting power to the fuel pump or even the injectors, a common problem in Honda/Acura is the PGM-FI relay. I have found them to not work in hot weather but work fine in cooler weather. Below is a picture and location of this relay. Also did you check the 20 amp fuse under the dash in the fuse panel. The fuse you want to check will be the number 22 fuse (see picture of fuse layout below). Hope this helps.

Location of radiator fan relay 1992 ford tempo gl

The radiator cooling fan relay in ford Tempo gl has been integrated into the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module) this is the black box fixed to the left strut tower with the big cable harness on it.

This relay box is commanded by the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) it´s linked to every sensor in the car. (It's located behind the fuse panel next to the steering column.

The PCM supervises various conditions, including the signal that the ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature) sensor sends and power up the Fan Relay into CCRM to activate the Cooling Fan.

This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

Probably there is no relay for the horn , as it is not a big amp draw. Just a fuse in the fuse box.

  1. Hi Domino, The fuel shut off is powered by the fuel pump relay (which is in the engine compartment fuse block) the fuel pump relay is powered by the EEC power relay(PCM relay) you will have to check for distribution and voltage. I hope this helps!
