Hopefully, you didn't drive it any of those three days that it didn't have oil in it. If you did, chances are very good that you damaged the engine. You say the car is shaking - do you mean the engine is shaking when you're sitting still? Is it also making strange noises - knocks, clunks, squeaks/squeals? Then you almost certainly have damaged the engine.
Putting oil in the engine does not heal the damage that is already there. Expect that your engine is going to seize or just quit running soon.

Open then hood while it's idling and listen for a hissing noise. Sounds like you have a bad vacuum leak. Hopefully a vacuum hose came loose and you can plug it back in

Nissan Sentra "Service Engine Soon" and uncontrolable shaking.

I had the same problem. It was the intake gasket, very common in this model. A $12.00 gasket - Nissan wanted $1000.00 to install it. I got it done for $327.00 - engine light still remains on but car drives just fine.

Top engine mount

You need to loosen the motor mount slightly--just a full turn or two. Place a jack under the oil pan and lift the engine until the strain is relieved on the motor mount and finish removal. Replacement installation is the opposite except you'll want to tighten the new motor mount into place fully (if possible) before lowering the jack.

The block sealer you used may have been too thick or too big. A leaking head gasket or cracked head is a rare cause for a cylinder misfire. Tryin putting a manufacture gasket back on and change the spark plugs. If that doesnt work, try checking your valves or pistons-- maybe you have worn valve guides or your cylinder wall is worn out.

89 Nissan Sentra making a trrrrrr noise

sounds like a case of closing the horse after the barn ran away...Pretty good chance that you have lost an engine bearing (yes, that means it's new engine time)
To avoid this in the future regard your oil light as a "you just blew your engine" light. Check your oil at least every two weeks, and this will never happen again (not for lack of oil anyway!!!)

2003 Nissan Sentra Problem overheating and heater doesn't work.

does the car overheat at idle or travelling down the road? if the thermostat was not changed, thats first step. checking it is replacing it. possibly air-bound. then i would suspect a headgasket problem.
