Need to know what leads to hook up to so I can direct test the fuel pump in a 2004 chevy classic

Pull the fuel pump relay. Jump pins 30 and 87. 30 has power all the time, 87 is the fuel pump. The bottom of the relay will show you which ones to jump.

The fuel pump is in the fuel tank. You must drop the tank to access the pump. Make sure you drain as much fuel as possible before you drop it completely, it will be much easier to handle.

Do a 2004 Chevy classic have a fuel pump access panel

no,your anti theft device is activated, you need to lock and unlock your doors a couple times with the key fob,not the key,and then you need to put the key in the ignition and start it,if you dont have your key fob, call your car dealer to get a new one, they are programmed for each car only, you cannot bypass it.

Also do not let tank run low because fuel in tank keeps in tank pump cool. This is why the pump is in the tank.
