My bantam refuse to start I don't heart the fuel pump click on and off , can you tell me where the fuse or fuel relay situated.

Spray quick start down the intake, if it starts you have a fuel supply problem. If that is the issue check if your Ford does not have one of those cut off switches ... some have those that would kick off if you hit a curb or big enough pot hole. If not put a tester on the wires to the pump and see if you get 12Volts there when you turn on the key. If yes ... bad pump ... if no ..check fuel pump relay ... switch with a different relay ... sometimes they have the same relay for 3 or 4 other items on the car like horn or lights and so on. If still no you may have one of those cars that when the crank or cam sensor goes bad it turns off power to the fuel pump for safety issues. Hope this helps. Good luck
