In order to determine which component is the problem you must test the fan motor, to do this turn the fan to high and see if you have battery voltage to the blower motor, probe both sides of the connector to the blower motor, one is ground and the other is battery + voltage, if voltage is present you have a defective blower motor, if not the blower motor resistor thermal fuse may be blown, it is non replaceable and requires a new resistor be installed.
The heater/AC blower motor is located under the passenger side of the dash under the glove box. you will see two 7mm screws holding the black plastic cover over the heater case that contains the motor remove these two screws and pull down on the cover to reveal the heater blower motor... in front of the blower and to the left you will see a cable with 5-6 wires plugged into a connector that going to the blower motor resistor two screws hold the blower motor resistor into the heater housing case remove the screws...remove the resistor assembly.. there is a spring clip that holds the connector connector in, spring it out a little and the connector will remove easily from the blower motor resistor...
