Nissan no longer uses an inline filter. The only filter is inside the fuel tank at the inlet to the fuel pump, it is never serviced unless the fuel pump is replaced.

the fuel sending unit is w/the fuel pump in gas tank.try checking for blown fuse under dash if not one there try inder hood, black box usually on drivers side.lift cover @ inspect. hope this helps!!!

Check near the headlight for loose or corroded chassis ground connection to the headlight.
