The Mass airflow sensor isn't no where near the hose or the intake and it's not called the mass airflow sensor it's called something else. The airflow sensor is near th actual engine it self

Sorry, but the photo shows exactly where the mass air flow sensor is located. It's in the air intake and the connector is clearly visible near the thumb in the photo. It's only a few inches from the engine. Here is a list of mass air flow sensors for sale:
Notice that every one of these parts is called "mass air flow sensor." If you think it's called something else like "spark plug" then why did you ask a question about the mass air flow sensor?

  • Jim Dec 03, 2016

You asked where the mass air flow sensor was the clue is in the name air flow sensor so it HAS to be in the air intake, now your saying it's not called the air flow sensor, your just wasting the time of people that want to help you, you are a fool

The MAS should be near the front driver side on your car. This is a picture of the area on the air intake showing the MAS connector.

My 1.6 ford focus zetec is taking too long to start either cold oo warm. (2007)

Any number of thing's could cause this condition , Weak fuel pump , low fuel volume , an engine sensor , mass air flow for one , A crank sensor that is going bad , cam sensor etc... your best bet would be to have it diagnosed professionally , rather then guessing an just replacing parts

Trying to locate the IAT sensor on a ford 2000 focus ztech 4cyl can you help pictures would be a great help

On the air filter box or intake tube. It will have 2 wires going to it. If your Mass Airflow sensor has 5 wires, then it's integrated into it, which is often the case.
