Question about 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD
I have a 2005 chevy 6.6L turbo deisel.Sometimes it loses power and blows deep black smoke upon acceleration and will change to grey. Sometimes when at a light it will blow blueish to black smoke. I changed the EGR valve with no change. There is no smell of coolent in the exhaust.
Pump may need recalibrating or a kit through it
or you may have a cracked turbo
