a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Brian these guys really helped me, they're in the UK but in a couple of hours i got my code for less than 10 dollars!
I payed via paypal and took the AVERAGE URGENCY option and in 1.5 hours got my code and worked perfectly (this was because someone told me V series codes are noet available for free online!)

You can't reset it yourself. It takes a scanner at your Local Dealership to do it. People do it, (new battery or dead battery) everyday unaware that doing so can and usually does, arm the theft system and either kills the radio or the whole car. To me it's just another built-in defect that requires dealer assistance. It's a buzz kill I know. They will need your VIN, and then they call HQ to get the code for your radio, which will also bring your whole car back to life. Please tell everyone you know about this. Put in on your blog. Post it at work....
