This is common with E85 Alcohol has a lower vapor pressure than gasoline and in the cold weather it does not like to ignite. If you don't have an E85 compliant car then you need to have the ecm programming changed. If you do have an E85 then the injectors may be dirty. Also E85 picks up a lot of moisture so that may be a problem too.
