You can purchase a remote button from most parts stores (Pep Boys, Oreillys, Autozone) that will attach directly to the starter and allow you to crank the engine without having to use the ignition switch

How to bypass Ignition kill switch on 1992 honda accord

You can't, you have to fix the problem with either a new key, a new ignition cylinder or the anti-theft system module if it is separate to the ECM module. The system is designed to stop exactly what you are trying to do and has reduced car thefts to nil.

yes it could be the fule filter . You will need to find out if there is fuel going to the injectors this is easy done by removing the inlet pipe to the injector rail and turning the ignition to postion 2 just before cranck. If there is no sign of fule then it couls be your filter .If there is fuel at the injector rail let me no and i will assits further

On a 1990 honda accord i replaced the timing belt now the car starts but if i let go of the ignition switch the car shuts off

This sounds like a wire got knocked off of the coil. During starting, current bypasses an ignition resistor. Relase key, and that circuit turns off...

Look for wires that may have been knocked loose. go to the coil and find the wire that DOES NOT go to the distributer, and follow that wire....

I have no spark on a 1991 honda accord wuts wrong?

It is one of two things, First pull the distributor cap off and make sure the rotor is turning when you cranck the starter. If not turning, then you need a timing belt. If it's turning then you need a module in the distributor(cheaper to buy a complete used distributor ).
