I need a diagram for a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP 5.8L V8. Specificly showing the location of Valve 6. Is it on the front of the engine or the back?

Valve 6 will be the last plug on the Drivers side so that is
the # 6 plug as well on your Pass side it will be
#1 # 3 # 5 with # 1 in front and #3 in middle and # 5 closest to
firewall. and on drivers side # 2 # 4 # 6 with #2 closest to radiator
or front of motor, and #4 in middle, and #6 at the end by firewall.
hope this helps.

2002 malibu 3100 engine i need number 1 thru 6 cylinders

The engine is mounted transversely (sideways)-the front of the engine is on the passenger side where the serpentine belt runs. On the backside bank, bank one, closest to the firewall, are cylinders 1-3-5, from front of engine to rear. So number one cylinder is on the back bank, and nearest to the passenger side of the car (bank simply refers to which side of the engine on a v6 or v8, bank one or bank two. Bank one is always the side where the #1 cylinder is located, and bank two is the opposite side.) On the front bank or radiator side, bank two, the cylinders are 2-4-6, front to back of engine.

The firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6, easy to remember.

Where's O2 sensor , bank sensor on GM3800 supercharged engine,2000 Pontiac Grand Prix

There are two of them. The first, bank one sensor one, is between the engine and the firewall. It is a pain to replace, but not impossible. The second, bank one sensor two, is under the car behind the catalytic converter. Still a pain, but easy once the car is up. The only things that have wires going to them that is in the exhaust system.

Where is the bank 2 02 sensor on a 2003 3.0 ford tarusus?

Bank 2 o2 sensor 1 is on the back side of the engine. Simply follow the exhaust manifold nearest the firewall the first o2 is bank 2 o2 1 the next o2 will be bank 2 o2 2. The o2 you see by the radiator is bank 1 o2 1.

Where is bank1 senor1 o senor located?

it is in front of the catalytic converter-follow the exhaust out off the engine block, it will be between the exhaust header and the cat. If you have a V6 (you didn't say), it is on the same side of the engine as the #1 cylinder. #1 cylinder is always the closest front cylinder to the front of the engine on any car.

I think the spark plug wires are crossed on a 1989 pontiac grand prix 2.8

The firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6.
Looking at the engine facing the crankshaft pully the cylinders are 1-3-5 on the left bank (closest to firewall) and 2-4-6 on the right bank (closest to radiator) going from front to back. (passenger side to driver side)
From the front of the car looking at the coil packs you wires should go on 1-4-6-3-2-5 going from left to right. (passengerside to driver side)
