How do I change the front wheel cylinder on a 1965 Chevy pickup

First remove the brake drum like shown in the video
Then replace the wheel cylinder as shown in the second video [which actually shows a rear wheel]. You might want to be a little more careful with the penetrating oil than the video shows; try not to get any oil into the new brake cylinder or the old brake line. Rock Auto is your best source of parts.
Be sure to bleed all new fluid throughout the system and check the brake hoses.

When truck sits overnite and started it has a tapping sound,is this normal?

I imagine what you're hearing is piston slap. While that sounds bad, it's not. For a variety of reasons, manufacturers have been using pistons that are shorter and shorter in height. As they wear (we're talking a very small amount of wear here), the piston tends to rock in its bore. So you're hearing the skirts slap the cylinder walls. This is not harmful, just annoying. The sound goes away after the piston absorbs some heat, and thermally expands.

Find tdc and adjust valves on a 325 i

With the tappet cover off, rotate the engine in the normal direction of rotation until you see #4 cylinder valves rock - open/close in succession. This will be TDC on #1 - set the valve clearances. Turn the engine until your see #2 valves rock, set #5 valves, turn the engine till #6 valves rock, set # 3 valves, turn the engine until #3 valves rock, set # 6 valves, turn engine till #5 valves rock, set # 2 valves, turn engine till #1 valves rock, set # 4 valves. Once you have located #1 TDC (the second mark in the pulley should be lined up with the cover mark), it is only 60 deg. to get to the next cylinder to set. If you accidentally go past the setting point, go back and approach the setting point again in the direction of engine rotation. When you come to setting # 6 the TDC marks should be aligned again.

99 grand cherokee with 4.7l cylinder 8 misfire. changed plugs, coil pack a few times, still tapping away. exhaust doesnt smell rich. alittle bit of oil on the plug though...

Hi, when you say tapping--you mean the cylinder is making a tapping noise? If yes, that is a bad lifter/lash adjuster that is not allowing the valve to open fully. This will cause a misfire, but even if it didn't, it would soon wear out the can lobe and then require a major repair.
If it's not tapping, please see my tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r6715318-causes_gasoline_engine_misfires . These are generic instructions. If you get stuck or need specific instructions for your car, please get back to me.

When I push the break hard, I hear a whesle, what could be?

It could be worn out brake pads or a small rock can sometimes get lodged into the brake mechanism. Try putting the car into reverse and tapping the brake repeatedly while the van moves. This will sometimes kick the rock out. Hope this helps!
