Unable to connect Bluetooth to 2010 passat

When you try to pair your phone to the car via Bluetooth are you allowing the car to see it by enabling the phone visibility setting.
To do this go into the phones setting find the blue tooth setting then select visibility this allows the car to see it for about 1 minute 59 seconds then go to the cars settings on the dash cluster to pair the phone it should now find it.

P200A Intake Manifold Runner Performance (Bank 1) - General Information
Component Location
General Description
Variable Charge Motion Actuator (VCMA) is used for an adjustment of automotive flap and it is operated with two position, open and close. It makes swirl among intake air to reduce emission under cold start condition. This is worm gear driver type which doesn't guarantee restoring to limp home position in the case of loss of current supply. (This doesn't have mechanical return force due to no return spring.)

All bluetooth connectivity stopped with my 2010 Equinox. Icon will not display and cannot pair any devices.

The picture Im sending you is the information on your vehicle based on what I can get from General motors tech website to inform you if your intstructions in owners manual are unable to correct your situation. There really no way to quick fix the issue.here is the page information; Before reading note there are unavailable sections or links because it is pasted from a General motors page unavailable to public.
You are looking at a trip to General motors unfortunately unless you can find a shop with a tech 2 scan tool.

Circuit/System Description
The Bluetooth ® antenna is a small fixed antenna connected directly to the telematics communication interface control module and is used to send and receive signals from a Bluetooth ® enabled cellular phone. The antenna utilizes no cabling and is not external to the vehicle.
In order to use hands-free calling, the cellular phone must be paired to the vehicle. Up to five devices can be paired to the vehicle at one time, but only one can be connected at any given time. To pair a phone, the customer must know how to operate the Bluetooth ® functionality of their phone. The pairing process must only be done one time for each phone, unless that phone’s information is deleted. For safety reasons, the pairing process is disabled while the vehicle is moving.
Diagnostic Aids • The purpose of this diagnostic is to verify the ability of the telematics communication interface control module to pair to a Bluetooth ® device. • Before performing this test, verify compatibility of the cellular phone(s) the customer is attempting to use with the vehicle. Based on the cellular phone’s service provider and the manufacturer’s implementation of Bluetooth ®, not all phones support all available Bluetooth ® functionality. A vehicle and feature compatibility list will be provided via the GM Bluetooth ® website: http://www.gm.com/vc/bluetooth/ • If the vehicle passes the following tests and a compatible device is being used, the concern may be due to a device malfunction or an incomplete/improper pairing attempt. • A Bluetooth ® test tool or equivalent can also be used to verify the ability of the customers cellular phone(s) to pair with another device. Circuit/System Verification
  1. Verify DTC B2485 is not set.
  2. → If DTC B2485 is set , refer to DTC B2485
  3. Set up a Bluetooth ® test tool or equivalent.
  4. Ignition ON, perform the discovery/search operation with the test tool. Verify the vehicle appears in the list of available devices.
  5. → If the vehicle is not in the list of available devices, repeat the discovery/search operation. If the vehicle is still not in the list of available devices, replace the K73 telematics communication interface control module.
  6. Follow the instructions provided in the Vehicle Owners Manual for pairing a device. Verify successful pairing with the test tool.
  7. → If pairing is not successful, repeat the pairing process. If pairing is still not successful, replace the K73 telematics communication interface control module.
  8. Refer to Diagnostic Aids.
Repair Instructions Perform the Diagnostic Repair Verification after completing the diagnostic procedure.
