Is there a reset button on a GMC Savannah 1500 van and where is fuel pump location?

There is no reset button if you mean like a fuel shut-off switch or fuel inertia switch. Only used by Ford as far as I know. I've never heard of one on a GM product.
The fuel pumps have been located in the gas tank since the beginning of fuel injection systems back in the 1980's. Some GM cars since about 2000 have a special access plate in the trunk area just above the gas tank, for fuel pump module removal. Previously, the only way to replace a fuel pump was to remove the tank from the vehicle. That is probably the case in your van, but check for an access plate in the floor, just above the fuel tank-just above the small opening in the tank where the pump is removed.

Throdlebody and gas peddle out of sink won,t go faster than 30

If you would like help we would need the DTC - diagnostic trouble code .Is their a Reduced Engine Power Mode message showing on the instrument cluster ?
Reduced Engine Power Mode
When the PCM detects a problem with the throttle actuator control (TAC) system the PCM enters one of the following Reduced Engine Power Modes:
• Acceleration Limiting--The control module will continue to use the accelerator pedal for throttle control, however the vehicle acceleration is limited.
• Limited Throttle Mode--The control module will continue to use the accelerator pedal for throttle control, however the maximum throttle opening is limited.
• Throttle Default Mode--The control module will turn off the throttle actuator.
• Forced Idle Mode--The control module will perform the following actions:
- Limit engine speed to idle by positioning throttle position, or by controlling fuel and spark if throttle is turned off.
- Ignore accelerator pedal input.
• Engine Shutdown Mode--The control module will disable fuel and de-energize the throttle actuator.
IF you do not know this your best bet would be to take to a qualified repair shop .
DTC P0506
DTC P0507
The throttle actuator control (TAC) motor is controlled by the powertrain control module (PCM). The DC motor located in the throttle body drives the throttle plate. In order to decrease idle speed, the PCM commands the throttle closed reducing air flow into the engine and the idle speed decreases. In order to increase idle speed, the PCM commands the throttle plate open allowing more air to pass the throttle plate. If the actual idle RPM does not match the desired idle RPM within a calibrated time, this DTC sets.

My 1.8l Corsa Utility cuts out at exactly 4000 rpm while driving no matter what gear. Engine electronics, transmission electronics, immobilizer stays on constantly

Although I am not familiar with your particular engine, some have a "rev limiter" which can fail and cause your issue. Older cars had a rotor button in the distributor which would open the spark circuit when a certain speed is reached, but yours probably has and electronic limiter. Also, some ignition modules have a low speed and separate high speed module, which may have failed. May be best to let a dealer do the diagnostics, then fix the problem yourself once you know what it is.

You are commiting a cardinal sin here and playing around with something you know absolutly zilch about and have been listerning to the bar room know it all who the more they pour down their throat the more they know .take it off and throw it away as you throwing out all the cars balanced electronic engine management ny removing the air filter which is designed to perform a function and the rest of the sensors and stuff of which you know nothing about is being thrown out ,if you want a faster car buy a jaguar or a old ford cortina with the V6 engine in.You cannot mess around with a modern day car like i used too with things like humber hawks and sunbeam rapiers.

2006 F-250 (gas engine) Vehicle shut down and when I restarted it the check engine light was on. I had it checked and was told that code P2104 was logged. Can you help me out on what i need to do to...

DTC P2104 - Forced Idle Mode

In this mode, the throttle plate is limited to idle speed and limited vehicle speed (about 30mph) only. This can be caused by 2 or more APPS sensor failures or a stuck throttle related DTC.

The above was from the following link:

Where is the speedo sensor on my 2010 E250 cargo van

VSS, vehicle speed sensor.

for a 2003 F Super Duty it is:

The instrument cluster is hardwired to the four wheel anti-lock brake system (4WABS) module. The instrument cluster micro-processor monitors the VSS data from the 4WABS module and commands the speedometer with a corresponding movement of the pointer. The vehicle speed signal is generated by the rear anti-lock brake sensor and sent to the 4WABS module. The 4WABS module sends the vehicle speed signal via circuit 679 (GY/BK) to all systems that require a vehicle speed signal input.

I don't have 2010.

Removing a speed limiter from a vauxhall combo cdti van

The speed-limiter is likely to be enabled via the ECU. Removing the limiter is a five-minute job if you have access to the GM Tech 2 electronic management/diagnostic tool.

If the van is yours then there's no legal requirement for the limiter. You could just book it in at a Vauxhall dealer for the limiter to be removed. They may charge you for an hour's labour though. Still worth doing in my opinion.
