Question about Cars & Trucks
I had originally positioned the battery back wards +/- mistake .. blew out the fuse.. but it cranks really well . just wont start
I don't know what kind of damage you may have done? Can you communicate with computer, check applicable trouble codes, anything? If you can't communicate with computer, start, there.
You can check the basics, if you haven't already. With engine cranking check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure.
