My ignition fuse keeps blowing in my 93' Lincoln town car.Car will not start.

Seems you have a wiring problem. Would recommend that you begin checking your wiring from the ignition switch to your starter. Also check behind your fuse panel.

My starter killed my battery, because when I started my car it kept turning, what causes that

the starter has a gear engagement special drive that comes out and engages the engines flywheel to turn the engine and start the car, this is refered to as the "Bendix Drive" it is broken and the starter will need to be replaced.

2006 Lincoln Town Car engine rew up (so fast it is

If the engine revs that high, dont put it in nuetral, you may blow your engine. Is the engine light on? what code is in the system? Sounds like a faulty idle air control motor. (it is located on the throttle body assembly.

Starter runs but won't engage flywheel

engine crank thrusts worn and crank moved back enough to not engage ,with a manual the clutch would push it forewards.or the flex plate on the back of the torque converter damaged and broke in teh centre where bolts to the crank
