Seems you have a wiring problem. Would recommend that you begin checking your wiring from the ignition switch to your starter. Also check behind your fuse panel.

You a short to ground on the electrical circuit ! You need to find out what all is on that circuit ! Which fuse ? # fuse how many amp .

Don't put a larger fuse in; you could burn up the wiring. You need to look at each item that the fuse protects and see which is shorted to ground. You need a wiring diagram and an ohmmeter.

Locate fuse box, try to find to fuse map, usually on the cover of the fuse box, find the related fuses and switch ignition on, get a test light, connect the aligator clip to earth and check both terminals of the fuse, both should have power, if 1 out of 2, then fuse blown.
