Electrical/Security problem Buick Rendezvous 2002-Different dash lights on, dinging, lights won't turn off.
Back window behind driver side fell straight down to bottom of door off of track; drove home fine, put plastic/tape on window until it can be looked at. When I turned off car, it started dinging constantly and different lights flashed on dashboard (security, error, low brake fluid, and door constantly ajar (all doors were shut). Left car for 10 minutes and it all stopped, but I assume it will do this next time I drive. Any way to reset it?

You have a bad electrical connection. Check the wiring harness and both sides of it's connectors for corrosion and or breakage. The connector terminals will become worn and corroded and the wiring sheaths a prone to weathering and become brittle. Replace or clean as needed.
The dealer is blowing smoke up your tailpipe. I couldn't find a manual for the '04, but the '03 and '05 have identical controls for the dash lights, so it's a very good bet the the '04 is the same. Here's a link to the manual for the '05 -- you will find the dash light control on page 3-16.
it has a plastic filter on the drivers side behind the drivers door underneath the vehile you will needle nose pliers a rachet with extension and 10 mm socket
I have this problem in my Buick Park Avenue. The two passenger side windows and the driver window work fine, but the rear driver side window won't close if it's opened. I disconnected the wire from inside the door to avoid further problems.
First try helping the window up, by gently pulling on it while you push the button. If this doesn't work and your vehicle is still under warranty, take it back to the place of purchase, the window motor will need to be serviced or replaced.
my radio and power options wouldnt work and it said security. My boy friend disconnected the battery cables and quickly rubbed the positive and negative ends together which rebooted the computor. I do not know if its good for it or not but it definately worked my power options are back.
