Can I use Nismo parts in my '07 350z and maintain Warrenty?

Can I use Nismo parts in my '07 350z and maintain my factory warrenty? also, i saw a pair of Nismo leather seats(they resembled baseball mitt leather color. A Nismo accessory catalog would be nice! PS- I don't care about Nismo racing parts-only OEM.Thanks-Michael Debatto 505 782 4870 , Po Box 977, Zuni, NM, 87327 One morePS: I would like another30-40hp, perhaps a Loud/Quiet switch for exhaust system. Your warranty will only cover it if it is installed when the vehicle is purchased new.

Should i buy a extended warrenty on my 08 gmc? I have 23,711 miles on her?

what is your warranty, 3/36,000? It should still be under warranty, and you should be able to buy an extended warranty when you are close to your current factory warranty runs out-but if you maintain your vehicle with things like oil changes, never let it run low on gas, never allow it to overheat, and do routine maintenance like transmission services, antifreeze replacement, etc, extended warranties are rarely helpful-----------------but you know your car, and your ability to take care of it. Generally speaking, for the cost of what the give you, I think they are a waste of money.

I bought my 2004 kia sedona in 2004 and would like to know if the engine is still under warranty. if not, how much would it cost to replace the engine?

Your warrenty info was provided with other documents when this vehicle was purchased. The warrenty document will have all info needed and also the life of this warrenty.

Why when you take your 2003 expedition to dealership they only change the bad coil i purchased my 2003 expedition at omeara ford center in colorado and replaced three coils already wouldnt it be wise that...

Warrenty will only pay for defective parts,so if they put all new parts in then when they are reviewed the company would only get paid for the parts that failed. If the part was defective when you brought it in then warrenty covers it,if not then you cover it unless it becomes defective while you still have warrenty.

Windows won't auto up or go up that 1/2'' when you close door

Because you had it back to the dealer for the same problem whilst it was in warrenty, the warrenty is still valid. Its called a warrenty ongoing problem. The dealer must fix the problem and if you run into problems ask the dealer for the manufacturers warrenty complaint number. They will probably try a bit harder to fix the problem because it puts a blotch on their dealership if you complain to a higher level.Don't let them NOT fix it.Hope this helps

Check engine light on, auto transmission shifts gears abruptly

It should still be under warrenty Take it to the shop for repairs It is a transmisson problem but many things can cause the transmisson not to shift correctly. Call your service department and ask if you should drive it in or have it towed and do not drive till you have it figured out. If you have a warrenty and continue to drive it will void your warrenty.

2007 Yukon - right rear caliper sticking? Breaks squeaking and grinding. Searched all over for part - left available, right on backorder. Is there a major issue with this part? Warranty issue?

Have worked on quite a few of these and have never seen issue with calipers. I do know that you sometimes have to hunt parts for a Tahoe instead of a Yukon to get the correct ones.

4wd light on and locker switch flashing

Sounds like the drivetrain is in a bind, this happens a lot when the truck is not used in 4wd very often but this should fix it. On a small incline with no traffic turn locker switch to 2wd and let truck slowly coast backward while in neutral and turning the steering slightly from side to side. You will hear and feel a thump when your front driveshaft disengauges and your 2wd light comes on.

My 2006 Malibu LTZ has 25,600 miles of easy driving. Dealer wants to perform an ''air/fuel induction service''. Is this necessary at barely 30,000 miles. Car runs very well -- I have had no problems....

PREVENTATIVE maintenance is to assure a smooth running, efficient low cost car.
Now on the subject of using regular all the time, you do not want a buildup of carbon in your intake manifold(the lungs of the engine) so as not to "clog" or damage the emmission sensors and valves that can cost plenty to replace.
A carbonized intake manifold could cause as much as $1000.00 worth of repairs to have to be done. So spending approx. $150.00 to do a fuel injector & induction service seems a less expensive alternative.
Also it would pay you in the long run to put in a tank of super every three or four tankfuls, with a can of fuel injector cleaner at that time.
Remember, it is better to spend a little bit extra now than hundreds later. Now said, to replace 3 EGR sensors and valve, plus have to do an intake induction service on top of all that. So be smart, do your PM's regularly but i think just by running fuel injector cleaner every 1,500 miles would be fine. Take care and I hope this helps.
