Its inside the rear drive housing so you wont actually see it!
Its the centre where the drive shaft attatches if you get under & look for signs that the bolts have been cleaned or the threads are clean & [shiny] & the gaskets look new its a good sign that it was done
Cheers Rob.

As long as the gear ratio remains the same there will be no issue.
If you are lowering the gear ratio you will have to replace the speedometer drive gear if it is cable driven ( you did not mention the model year) to correct the speedometer display.
If the system is electronic, you will have to have the controller re-configured to the new gear ratio so the speedometer displays the correct MPH.

Is it hard to change the rear whell bearings on 05

You are probably looking at about an hour per side. Brakes and backing plate must be removed. then the mounting bolts for the axle itself must be removed. this operation should be performed one side at a time in order to save the fluid inside the differential casing. It will become imperative that both oil seals are changed with the bearings. P.S. depending on the graciousness of the engineers, you may not have to remove the backing plates. Thank you, Dana
