There is a metal ring beside headlights when looking under the hood (below where the hood latches). This ring is connected to a spring...you must pull it out (towards the back of the car) to unhinge it, then you can pull out the entire corner light assembly..remove spring on old assembly and use it for the new one. Space is tight..screwdriver is helpful.

The side marker light comes out from under the hood. You have to push down on a release tab. You can see the tab if you look down directly over the headlight and slightly over to the outer side of the car. if you have the new lens, its easier to visualize

VOLVO s90 1997 clicking noise from wheel area

If it happens only on turns then its the outer axle cv joint.. If it happens all the time probably something stuck in a tire. Either way have the suspension visually inspected by a technician as soon as possible.

  6. Fill the cooling system through the expansion tank, with a 50 percent antifreeze, 50 percent water solution.
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
  8. Run the engine until normal operating temperature is reached.
  9. Bleed the cooling system.

check once more the front turn bulbs, connections, fuse if front and rear have a separate one. Once you connect the front turn signal, blinking frequency should normalize.

Need to replace headlight switch on 97 Volvo S90

You should be able to pull on the knob which should make the switch assembly come apart. Then you can get the rest of the assembly out, plug the connector into the new assembly, and then snap it into place.

Trying to replace a brake light bulb on the car

Ok i just did this a few weeks ago....when you open your trunk, there is this panel behind the cloth where the break light is located. Open the panel and you should see some wires and a plastic tray. Pull it out and you will see the three light bulbs. Just pop it out and insert the new one....its really easy. Good luck!!

Sometimes will not shift out of Park

I have the same issue. As far as I can tell it's probably the ignition switch and or/ ignition lock assembly. Parts only you can find the switch for $65. If you replace the ignition lock assembly you should have it ordered for your car by VIN # to get a matching key.
