Running slower, meaning drivability issues? Push the gas pedal and response is slow? Idle is lower than normal or engine is 'coughing'?
Might be an oxygen sensor, usually an easy fix, but parts are expensive.

A6 turbocharged. Whyu does it smoke when it covers a 120km per hour?

I am going to say 'blown turbo'. As I understand it, they needs replacing every few years. They are susceptible to heat and incredible revolutions. They have to be lubricated, the seals go, and you get smoke.

You really need to run the Diagnostic programme to get the fault code in order to pinpoint the faulty part. See here for possible fault -

I am looking to purchase a 2000 W Audi A4 1.8 20V Turbo. I had noticed that after taking it for a test drive and while the engine was still running, there was a sudden cloud of grey smoke from the exhaust...

It is a cause for concearn, it could be a turbo carterige going bad. pull the air intake tube at the throttle body apart and inspect for any oil (ther should be none) also check the exhaust tips for the same residue (there should be none)

I have a 2001 audi a4..When I crank it up the turbo makes a awful screaming sound for 2 to 3 minutes then it stops.How can I fix it?

you have a worn turbo bearing.I would get a replacment turbo before you do any damage.When you start the engine the bearings in the turbo are dry of oil.Has you start the engine the oil will reach the bearings and the noise will apear to go away.

I just replaced my o2 senser on my 2001 a4 1.8

you have a O2 sensor problem. You say you replaced the o2 sensor, the one in the front , before the converter? thats bank 1 sensor 1 ...I would not think a O2 would cause misfires????

2004 AUDI A4 Turbo...engine runs rough, shakes the car,

I would suggest checking your plug wires. Make sure no dirt is on the ends. If you have points on your distributor make sure they are intact. coil problems usually turn out to be distributor problems cause either your coil works or it doesn't. The Distributor is a transformer. if it still runs rough after you have checked all of the above, you might have a timing issue.

Turbo= not working

Most likely the turbo is gone. What ever part of the turbo went, just replace the entire turbo. Not serviceable 99% of the time. The engine will not like being driven for any extended period of time with a bad turbo.
