The right indicator is stuck on 'on'. I think it is either the Relay or the Indicator box (behind the hazards switch). How would I know which is the problem and where abouts is the Relay switch located?

I would think its a flasher relay or switch problem, do the indicators work when used via the stalk switch ? if they do then I'd start with the hazard switch
The AU ford has two indicator relays , turning lights and hazard lights ,both use the indicator lights ,the hazards flash both front and rear lights , the turning indicator flashes one front and one rear light. I think the fault may be in the hazard circuit.
There could be many things that can cause this. Could be the bulb sockets or fuse box.Hondas typically have a light module located behind the glove box . As well could be as simple as a ground cable or bad alarm or command start if applicable to your vehichle.
CHECK THE FUSE BOX FOR blown flasher fuse. Dont think thats it but its 1st step. I think it is a bad flasher switch, if its not the fuse. Replace the switch. mike
flasher relay under steering column does not work, switched it with hazard and see if it works, then get the new one, make sure the light on turn signal in front or back is not burned out first
Indicator Flasher
The turn signals and the hazard warning flasher switch (13A350) use the same indicator flasher (13350). The indicator flasher is located behind the instrument panel (04320), to the right of the interior fuse junction panel. When activated, the indicator flasher flashes the appropriate turn signal lamps.
Removal
Disconnect the battery ground cable (14301).
Press the indicator flasher tab and slide the indicator flasher from the mounting bracket.
Disconnect the indicator flasher electrical connector from the wiring harness.
try playing with the hazard switch if hazards work and indicators dont work then change the hazard switch. If none are working then indicator unit is behind the cover on steering column in the back of the indicator switch, but remember models can change builds for rhd and lhd,if its not their then its on the back of the fuse box ,their is a clip that allows it to drop down allowing access.
