The 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan takes 28" wiper blades on both sides front and a
18" rear wiper. See related links below for more information.
Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments, do not buy wipers just
by length only - be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle
make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures
correct length AND correct attachment.
it could be in lock down mode whitch you need a programer to unlock it O'riels, schucks or checker will usally let you barrow one you read your computer then hit the clear button if that dosent do it then it is probl you body controle module
This is a common problem with the voyager, caravans and Town &
Countrys. What the problem is is a cold soder in the interment cluster
itself. The problem area is where the plug comes from the van into the
cluster. You need to take the circuit board out of the cluster and
reheat the soder on the back side of the circuit board were the plug
plugs into. This will fix the cold soder permanitly I think its about
16 pins you have to reheat with the soder gun. If you don't feel
comfrotable doing that you can just replace the interment cluster and
it will be fine but if you buy a used one make sure it was tested. Good luck
the clockspring in the steering column needs replacing I beleive there was a recall for that call the dodge dealer with your serial number to see if it was done on yours. you never know you may get it repaired for free.
