If the noise is coming out from the crank case then it could be bearings warned out you may need to over haul the engine

Location and replacement of crank sensor on honda odyssey 1999

crank sensor is located to the upper right hand side of the crank pulley. you have to remove the pulley to access this. you can test it without removing the pulley though.

Honda civic type r sounds low on compression an will not start

If the engine cranks but seems like no compression, do check the timing belt. As the belt might have given way or snapped. You have to remove the top crank case cover and black side cover to check the timing belt. Enjoy it

Tinny clicking noise

Hi! have you physically removed the wheel? if not then a good inspection off the vehicle may help. Check the circumference of the tyre for a tack/nail then look around the inside of the wheel for signs of chaffing or rubbing.
Maybe your Discs are showing too much corrosion around the edge and just touching the caliper, a scrape with a decent file would cure it.

2005 Honda Civic

if this is happening all the time i would jack up the car and manuelay turn the wheels and listen for anything unusual if it is happening when you press the brakes i would pull the wheels and examine them for a stuck caliper or slider, before removeing the wheels try shaking them side to side and up and down to check for exxcessive play that may indicate a wheel bearing or other loose front end parts, fyi a bad wheel bearing when going around 40-50 mph and veering slowly left then right will usally make noise going one direction worse than going the other -jeff
