Question about 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan
You need to take the two covers around the steering column and the switch there is two-there screws from underneath after that seperate to two covers put some force, then you will see the switch there is one screw or two, pulled out.

If you are mechanically inclined then take apart your multi-switch from the steering column and clean with clean rags and Q-tips and apply with electrical connection grease. i did this and my multi-switch was dirty inside. worked great after.
