I have a 2003 Ford Explorer XLT. After removing the key from the ignition and opening the driver door the radioed and windows still have power to them. What's going on here??

Somehow you have a short in the accessory position of the ignition switch, or a wiring fault elsewhere has bypassed the accessory switch. In particular, if you have had an aftermarket radio or remote starter installed, there may be an error in the wiring. or poor quality splicing may have permitted a short between the radio keep-alive (always on) and radio main power (connected through the accessory circuit).

Why do I lose radio signal on my 2006 h3 hummer when I turn on my ignition? My radio works fine until I turn on my ignition.

If it works at the accessory position and not on the run position. I would go after the run wire to the radio. If other things don't work in the run position, look to the ignition switch.

The radio in my 2004 Mazda B3000 works while ignition is on accessory, but does not work when ignition is in the run position. Any ideas?

Possible ignition switch. Try moving key gently back and forth while vehicle is running to see if radio will work. If it does, suspect ignition switch

Wiper wiring diagram

Those are accessory functions working off the ignition switch when in accessory position or run position of the key. Were you to check if the wiper and radio fuse had power to them in the run or accessory position as they should, likely they would not. Power from the switch goes to the fuse panel, powering the fuses and circuits that only work with key in on or acc., either a direct wire to the fuse panel or sometimes, fuses get power from an accessory relay that sends power to fuses, but relay has to get a signal from a good working switch before it powers the fuses.
What I'm trying to say, is the bad switch is probably the reason you have no wipers, radio, or mirrors.

Jeep stalls gauges don't work windows and locks and radio don't work

when you state it wouldn't crank, do you mean the starter won't engage or that it just spins over and doesn't start? if no gauges or no starter engagement, then check the battery, battery connections, and the starter for excessive amperage draw. if the starter spins and the engine won't start, then check crankshaft position sensor first. the crank sensor is a more common failure than the distributor or any of the other things you mentioned.

Battery drain

See if the battery acid is enough, if so try to put a piece of carpet or conveyor belt under the battery.

Hope this helps.

ps: sometimes you get new batteries that's a "dut" Have it tested at a local dealer, this is normally free of charge.

Regards.

Wouter.
