Your problem is in the CAN data bus wires have shorted circuited to each other.that will cause most of the problem.

I have 2007 bmw 120d it' turns over but won't

Check engine immobiliser and key battery.
Have the fault codes read for faults Replace the faulty units with genuine one
because most aftermarket units are not set for OEM cpu units and are not
completely compatible.

My BMW 120d now has dsc and dtc deactivated warning light on flashing amber , what shall I do

When the light is flashing, it means the traction control system has been deactivated. Exercise extreme caution while driving on slippery surfaces. BMW has a notorious fail rate with their DSC modules and may need replacement. Visit your local workshop to find out for sure.

Failed DTC on 55 plate 320D

I had same problem on my 1 Series and was quoted £1800 for the part. BMW goodwill paid for 100% of the part and I paid £400 labour. It is a known problem apparently.

BMW DTC DASH LIGHT

Had same problem on my 120i (2005 reg) only done 16k. Took it to official dealer and they said it seems to be affecting 04-06 models. BMW agreed to pay for part and half the labour without any pushing - the dealer contacted BMW on my behalf before they even confirmed what the problem was to me.

DSC and DTC failed on 36000 miles under 4 year BMW 120D

I think you should check ABS sensor ring on the rear wheels. This is known to come loose and cause this problem. Hopefully it's just that you not the entire hydraulic unit

DTC/DSC warning light appeared on my 120d

My advice - take the vehicle to your local dealer - tell them you just want it diagniosed - agree a time of say 20 minuits. That way you will know for sure and can then carry out any diy repairs yourself BUT should it require a complete hydraulic unit which is likely as they are hmm what's the word ... ****!- contact BMW customer service for financial contribution.
