Question about 1993 Ford F350
I had the same problem for a couple of years. When I started the truck and put it in reverse it would die. When I started it back up it would work fine. I never had a problem in driver. I took it to a tranny shop and they discovered that the filter had came loose and was lying in the pan. They changed the filter to a upgraded version and the floods and the problem went away. That was 6 years ago.

Hi,is the electrical connector for your trailer intact? They often get damaged and when you select reverse can cause a short through the ignition system.
