2002 L200 series Saturn diagram for vacuum lines

Had the same thing happen on my '02 Saturn L200 a few years ago. The brights would come on every now and then when using the turn signal, but after a while they would stay on and the turn signal/headlight switch handle would flop around. After taking it apart, it turned out the plastic on the inside was broken. The switch was relatively inexpensive (<$50) from the dealership and easy to install for the somewhat mechanically inclined.

L200 just change fuel filter but still runs like there is air in it i can run it fine for about 10 mins then it just dies please help

As per the Haynes manual for your vehicle:
The various relays are mounted in several locations throughout the vehicle, although many key relays are located in the fuse/relay blocks under the intrument panal and the engine compartment.

NO!! You do not need to disconnect the brake lines. If these are reard disc brakes, the only thing special is the use of a tool that will push and turn the piston in. You CAN NOT just push it in. You WILL damage the piston, caliper and the parking brake! Email me at [email protected] and I will send you the entire replace ment procedure. Fortunately, it is pretty easy and do not be intimadated by it.

SOURCE: L200 Saturn 2002. Where is the blower fan located

It's in the engine compartment. See removal instructions below from autozone.com.

1. Select the following settings:
   
   Turn the ignition ON Select Recirc in the OFF setting Turn the ignition OFF
   
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the wiper arm assemblies.
   CAUTION A sharp edge is revealed once the weatherstrip is removed.
   
4. Remove the weatherstrip at rear of the engine compartment.
5. Remove the cowl retaining nuts.
   
   

1. Remove the cowl screen assembly.
2. Rotate the locking tabs outward to release the filter assembly.
3. Remove the filter by lifting straight up.

1. Remove the wiper module retaining bolts.
2. Reposition the wiper module to the right.
3. Remove the filter housing attachment bolts.
4. Remove the filter housing.
5. Remove the blower motor housing:
6. Remove the blower motor housing screws

1. Release the locking tabs and remove the fan housing
2. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.
3. Squeeze the bottom of the connector and pull downward.
4. Remove the blower motor assembly by lifting straight out.
