Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
there are only 3 causes.
Macro answer 1:
a: engine not hot
b:or dash HVAC box air flow modes failing.
those 2 paths flush out to a number of tests.
we use tools (meter and scan) to find it.
1:scan PCM see ECT (PID) at or above 180f, hot, if not thermostat is bad or missing.
1b: no scan tool we use IR thermal gun to the stat house
and reads 180f , not 15o ,not 120.if fails same answer.
1c same way IR gun pointed to, 2 hose;/tubes to heater core checked for 180f (up) if one sides is cold or both the core is clogged up.
we can flush it clean now, if lucky that is, clogs can be hard.
1c passes tests ,tubes are all fully hot.
most cars have no heater water valve here.so we skip this if true.
close hood no problems here.
2: now we read the service manual (real) see how to test all damper doors, blend door is first, mode,(direction) and last recirc/fresh air setting
we just look with eyes on the damper shafts, stuck, or dead or not going to full range of motion. if yes we turn them by hand.
free there are or stuck.
if free the motor actuator can be bad or controls it are badl
the tests are in the service manual buy one,is best.
evolution of dampers
wire cables, VACUUM madness, and now all electric motor actuators.
for vacuum I have hand vacuum tool to use, hand pumped.
so easy to test the vacuum servo;'s so easy.
some cars 1995 are mix of this. evolution changes.

Does it have any codes? Not a Dodge tech but my assumption is something is getting hot and cutting out. The question would be what... Throttle position sensor going bad, mass airflow sensor needing cleaning would be a prime suspect, cam sensor or something along those lines.
well forget the fault code reading this is a renault remember and you are lucky if you can get the vin number up ,now i had this fault before with a renault ,and i cant remember what i did ??? i think it was the vacumn pipe on the shut off valve on the fuel rail ,it was perished or split or something stupid
Is the battery up? if it is check your watr and oil if yo see oil mixed with the antifreeze yo have a blown head gasket and are talking about a expensive repair. you could be lucky and have a stuck thermostate but the engine should crank over easy. if not yo have a bad head head gasket.
sounds like your blend door actuator has failed, or the lost vacuum to this actuator, or something got into the vents holding the blend door into position. Most common is the acuator failing, good news is its a fairly inexpensive part, but gettin to it is not fun, its it the ductwork in behind the dash, I'm not sure on your specific model but most I have seen the dash has to come completely out. If it gets to that point you may want a repair shop to do that. But hopefully you get lucky and its easy access.
