Question about 1995 Isuzu Trooper
I have a 1995 Isuzu Trooper, Standard, 4-wheel Drive.
Can anyone tell me how to fix these things by myself, or if impossible, what kind of price range it might be to have them fixed:
1. The back-light for my speedometer/other gauges doesn't come on, even though the CDplayer/clock lights come on. I have checked the dimmer already. I don't know if this occurred after someone repaired my A/C, or if it happened when we were changing out the battery, or when we replaced the starter (it was all around the same time, battery, then starter, then A/C). Is there a fuse or something I can check myself? (I'm not a car expert, but I've done simple things like tire or oil changes, installing a CD player, fuses, etc. I have a manual I bought for the car, but I couldn't find any answers in it for these problems.)
2. Sometimes the Rr.ABS light and Brake light indicators come on (together) on the dash. They will go off while driving or when I stop or park, or they will come back on. I can't find a pattern, and my breaks seem to be working, though I've avoided needing to slam on the brakes, just in case. There is plenty of brake and clutch fluid. I haven't had the brakes changed, though, since I got the car in 2005. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
You can remove the dash urself. Its quite simple.4 screws. Then you can check the wire plugs at the back. And you can change the bulbs by twisting the plasic ends,
for your brakes change the pads..

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Here's a handy link, but doesn't have it listed, but has the rest, so process of elimination might work. I'd be tempted to poke the remainder with a test light and watch it as I turn the switch brighter and darker.
