What causes the petrol to leak everytimr i refuel?

The filler breather seems to be leaking. This is a pipe that comes from the top of the tank to the fuel filler hose very near to the tank cap. Also check the filler hose neck itself.

Breather from transfer case to bell housing ? May be blocked, as was under water in flood while hot . Oil leak from front drive shaft seal, have new seal ?? wondering if raising breather to under wiper...

If you are going thru water alot the higher the better. If you think you have water in you transfercase then change the fluid. When you have the plugs out of the Tcase, blow thru the breather hose to make sure its clear.

Having trouble locating were the transmission

Looking at the car from the front, the dip stick for the transaxle is down very low at the left hand side of the engine, close to being under the battery. It is normally yellow. Follow the large water hose that runs down next to your battery. The yellow dip stick handle is right along side of that hose (to the right of it) down low. It will either pull out or unscrew.
Hope this helps you.

Installing a chip

most of cars or trucks have the intake sensor on the big breather hose after the air filter, and it is a two wire conector, i recomend you to buy the new sensor and look for something similar but if you can't find it, some intake sensor come as an assembly with the mass air flow sensor located also at same hose.
