How to remove the front right fender of my 1995 Cadillac Deville

They are pretty simple. There are a bunch of plastic fasteners under neath and in the wheel wells. Once the inner fender liners are out of the way there are a couple of 10mm bolts that go thru the top side edge into the fender from the bottom.

The 1995 Deville only came with a 4.6 Northstar engine and I don't think it has a secondary air injection pump - that was introduced in later models.
However, if it is in your vehicle, it should be located near the EVAP canister at the bottom inside the front left fender forward of the tire. It will be an electric pump and it will only operate for about 15 seconds or so when you first start the engine - you should hear a whining noise from the pump if it operating correctly.

Tool`s needed 3/8 drive socket set.
i`m assuming you want to remove the outer finder.
to remove fender locate the row of bolts along the inside after you open the hood under the splash Gard and the inner wheel well and a few in and around the grille maybe even in the door cavity .
Start at the bottom and work up saving the top row for last.
to install just reverse.

How to take off a Cadillac 2002 DeVille fender

The noise is the front strut.

its has a hole through the fender for the mast to come through and a brace at the motor housing to attach to the inner fender support. a threaded antenna bezel is needed to mount the mast to the fender

the vehicle speed sensor is located on the top of the transaxle on the passengers side. look for wires on top of trans axle on passengers side.if more problems finding it let me know.

There will be several screws holidng the panel. You will first need to remove the plate around the door handle and also remove the switch panel. Behind both screws holding the door will be revealed. Also under the handle will be some screws. The whole panel will need to be removed for better working conditions.

Left front fender well. remove left front tire to gain access.
