SOURCE: I have a 2004 dodge

Yes. It could be the wheel bearing, but more likely your wheels need to be balanced. As far as the squeaking goes, make sure the ball joints and tie rods are greased (if possible). The squeaking could also be coming from the brakes.

2002 dodge neon left rear wheel looks crookd and vibrating. just had shcocks alignment and stabilzers changed and still looks crooked

When you had the alignment done the place should have given you a printout of the changes. The mechanics might not have done a 4 alignment. At any rate if it is making noise it is most likely a bearing that is bad.

Rumbleing noise from drivers rear wheel. makes noise when I turn right but goes away when on smooth road or turning left. Nothing looks out of place. Suggestions?

Sounds like a bad wheel bearing. You should be able to jack up the rear wheels and spin them by hand. if you hear a grown or the wheels are loose than you likely have a bad bearing.

Why does my neon make a loud noise id rive, after

From your description it certainly sounds like a bearing but since you've changed it I would look at the tire for any chopping or cupping as this will cause a noise that is speed related as well. To verify a wheel bearing as you drive the car carefully weave from one side of the lane to the other. A wheel bearing will change pitch as you change the load on it and usually the bearing that is quiet to the left is the right bearing that is bad and vise versa.

Passenger rear wheel locked up, 2004 Chevy Aveo LS, person said parking brake was stuck.. coiuld it have frozen that way?

This also happened to my 2004 Chevy Aveo. The drivers side rear wheel locked up when it first got extremely cold in December 2009. I had to change the rear wheel cylinder because it broke. They also found the rear wheel bearing also had to be changed. GM charges $180 for 1 rear wheel bearing. To make matters worse I had to order the whole backing plate which came with the rear wheel cylinder and a whole bunch of hardware.
If you look in the GM manual it says that you should flush and change your brake fluid every 24 months. My mechanic told me that moisture normal wrecks the brake cylinder. I'm not sure what happened to the wheel bearing but from now on I'll make sure to flush my brake fluid every 24 months.

I have a 2004 dodge neon the problem is above 30mph there is a what sounds like a wheel bearing whine and vibration which gets louder with speed on the drivers side, when you turn the wheel to the right it...

This certainly has the sound of a bad wheel bearing. Be sure that both front wheel bearings are good, as I have many times seen professionals pick the wrong bearing. Another possibility however is that the cv shaft or drive axle is making the noise. A bad axle will react very similarily to a bad bearing. Try moving the axle in and outward towards the transmission if there is play there it could vey possibly be your answer

THE BRAKE LINING ON ONE OF THE SHOES MAY HAVE LET GO AND OVERLAPPED THE OTHER ONE,CAUSING IT TO BIND UP..IF NOT,TRY OPENING BLEEDER SCREW AND SEE IF IT RELEASES..IF IT DOES,REAR BRAKE HOSE MAY BE HOLDING WHEEL CYLINDER PISTONS OUT KEEPING BRAKE ON..YOU'LL NEED TO REMOVE AFFECTED DRUM AND INSPECT BRAKES AND REAR HUB/BEARINGS
