My car it's Toyota cressider 2.8i model 1988 now when i setup timeng 6to 0 can start normally but if its put to 1:00 cannot start normally

sounds like its the timing is off

If you have to pop the clutch to get the car started then you need a new starter.

try using a different key to see if its a key/code issue.if it fires then dies this is normally the first thing to look at.
to check fuel from pump try undoing the nut on top of one of the injectors, crank engine fuel drips out ...no problem...

bad clutch

lock the car , unlock the car : start car simple as that!
