The left and right headlights are on different fuses. If both are not working, you need to check the fusible link, headlight relay, and the switch itself. See diagram below.

it won't go up or down it don't do either 1 it's either the motor is no good or a fuse is burnt

Where is the fuse for the rear backup lights in 1987 toyota corolla


Not sure if it's the same but on the 98 Corolla, the fuse box is to the left of the steering wheel behind the little plastic coin holder. Just pop the plastic and the fuses are there. The back up lights fuse was the third from the top on the left.

Broken power steering belt


no your p/s belt just takes is spun by the crank shaft. if its not making noise when you turn the key, then you should check the fuses under the dash and under the hood for ign one of those might be bad.
