Does hyundai excel 1998 does it have a relay on highbeam

Not sure if a relatively low power consumption item would actually require a relay??? But I could be wrong. Aren't the fuses/relays in a housing under the bonnet/hood. If so it should have a diagram as to which relay/fuse applies to which circuit. Could also be under a cover in passenger or driver footwell under the dash. Sorry if not helpful I'm not totally au fait with this model. Good luck though

if it is a rectangular cover then most come of by squeezing both the long side to release the clips of the cover. If it is round try turning the cover as removing a jar lid

the flasher unit is usually under the dash on the drivers side, it may be a square or round unit about 2" long with a connector plug on to.....hope this helps......cheers.

There should be a relay box on the left or right side in engine compartment, in that box is the fuel pump relay and the inside of the cover will have a lable of each I have the sonata ,,so to be sure go to A parts store like auto Zone and ask them to look it up on pc or just show you. If this dont work ,Than Google the question(Where do u find fuel pump relay for 96 hyundai excel ) In the search on Google and it should lead you to it.

check your auxillary fan. once the a/c is turned on, the fan should kick on, if not, check your fuses and relays. with the key off try to spin the fan and see if they turn. if not replace the fans.

these plugs should be NGK BKR5ES-11 or PK16PR11 ND and plug gap at .044". hope this helps. cheers.

above the main fuse box under the dash if it still works or makes a noise turn indicater on to see which relay it is there will be a few relays there

the multi function switch has gone bad. Will have to be replaced. Multi-function switch is the same as the the stalk for your turn signals. its all integated together.

Here's the wiring diagram - key on, you have power at two pins of the fuel pump relay - that is correct. The problem must then be between the relay and the pump since you said there was no power there.
