SOURCE: Washer wiper not working, possibly used when

the fuse is the same as for the wipers and push on washer switch and see if you can hear washer pump run,otherwise try this (unless the motor pump has been dry run too long and ruined pump assy) and can't pump any longer go to a garage that has compressed air and at the wiper nozzles first gently blow air into each nozzle, then go to reservoir and remove supply hose to wiper nozzles and blow air gently and see if there's an obstruction in the line, you can use say 30 lbs max,reason being if any hoses where you cant get to them they can blow off fittings, also take air hose and on top of reservoir blow into hole on top of reservoir to push product thru lines and help pump (same as removing hose) on reservoir, I bet its unprimed itself or blocked with dirt,try this first

I cant figure out how to spray washer fluid on the back window of my 2013 chevy sonic hatchback. the wipers have an intermittent /on/off switch. i dont see anything for spraying washer fluid though.

From the 2013 operators manual;

Push the windshield wiper lever forward to spray washer fluid on the rear window. The lever returns to its starting position when released.

The windshield washer reservoir is used for the windshield and the rear window. Check the fluid level in the reservoir if either washer is not working.

Does 2010 chevy colbalt have a fuse for the window washers?

The wiper and washer use the same fuse. Sometimes the washer nozzle or line gets clogged up? You could check voltage and ground for the washer motor? Use a test light.

I need instructions for removing and installng a wiper motor in a 2008 Chevy Cobalt.

You need to remove the wipers, then the plastic cover underneath them. From there it is a simple matter of unbolting the old and bolting in a new unit. Check Youtube for more exact instruction with video. That is where I got my instructions for my Ion(same body car as Colbalt, Delta body).

How to change the windshield wiper fluid bottle on 2001 chevy silverado or how to stop leaking of fluid without changing the bottle. Is there a product to plug up a leak?

Hello, I know of no product capable of a long lasting repair. You might be able to seal it on the outside with some sort of epoxy but a better fix would be to replace it with a new reservoir bottle. To remove it you need to unbolt that skinny brace above the battery and remove the battery and unbolt the top bolts of the washer reservoir. CAUTION, if you have the THEFTLOCK radio be sure to disable it before removing the battery cables. Set the parking brake and chock the rear wheels. Loosen the lug nuts on the driver's side wheel just enough to break them loose and jack up the driver's side and place a jack stand on a solid part of the frame, remove the driver's side wheel. Remove the inner wheel liner to give you access to the bottom reservoir bolts and pump, disconnect the electrical connector and unbolt the pump motor and washer reservoir, then slide it down and out, being careful of the small tube that carries the fluid to the wipers. Installation is the reverse, good luck and if you have any other questions don't hesitate to send a comment.
