1995 honda civic lx losing power goin uphill

I lose power going uphill, and if i step on the gas, i have no pick up, it doesnt take off like it should what could be the problem......thank you

Is there the usual amount of exhaust coming out of the tailpipe?
adjust the timing,
\or your air filter is so bad the computer is leaning out the mixture so far,that you lost power.

Sounds like it's starving. Change your filters lately. How about those O2 sensors especially the upper ones.

Losing power when its below half full of gas


Pressure test the fuel system to measure the pressure regulator to ensure correct fuel pressure under all driving conditions. Do the test with a less than 1/2 full tank of fuel.
